La Sauge Noire: a name, an anagram, a signature.
My journey didn't begin behind the stove.
For more than ten years, I played professional poker, a world that taught me discipline, self-control, quick decision-making and staying calm under pressure.
Then I chose to change tables.
Returning to my studies, I chose to learn hands-on. At La Bastide Saint-Antoine in Grasse, alongside Jacques Chibois (**), I earned my diploma to the exacting standards of a starred kitchen.
Today, as a private chef, I come to cook for you, at your own pace, simply adapting to what you love.
